Booking information

The booking procedure is divided into 2 parts:

1. filling in the registration form completely and with truthful information. The data is confidential and will not be passed on to third parties! Then you have to send the form via the grey field "Send form".  After sending, you wait for the system to confirm "Your form message has been sent successfully. "!

If this is not the case, your registration has not been received by us and you can repeat it without any problems! There are no additional costs and the amount does NOT have to be paid twice! Within the registration you can reserve your equipment at the same time.

With the sending of your registration a binding service contract comes into effect, independent of step 2!

2. fill the shopping cart and select the method of payment. You can have it debited by direct debit, by entering your bank details or pay directly via PayPal to zahlung@snowboardschule-altenberg.de. You can also enter the number of courses in the shopping basket, e.g. 2 x basic course.

Cash payment is only possible in exceptional cases!

It is technically not possible to pay by EC card on site! There is a Sparkasse cash machine 5 minutes' walk away.

Only after receipt of your registration data and the payment of your course fee (+ optional rental) will you receive a detailed and binding confirmation by email within 24 hours. Only then is your course properly booked and your place secured.

Short-term bookings will be processed upon receipt!

Attention:

• Booked equipment is available for the whole day - not only during the course.
• The course place and equipment are only bindingly reserved after receipt of payment.
• If the booking has been paid for and confirmed and you do not show up on the day of the course, the full amount will be due without compensation.
• In the case of registration and no payment, a processing fee of € 50.00 will be charged.
• In case of registration, confirmed booking, no payment and non-appearance on the course day, the full amount as well as a cancellation fee of € 150.00 will be charged!

Tip:

You can hire equipment directly from us on the day of the course. This includes the snowboard, bindings, boots and, if necessary, helmet and goggles. Please send us your shoe and body sizes in advance by e-mail. Costs: €20,00 p.p./day!
The equipment can be collected at 9:15 am at our depot on the ski slope!

If you find out during the trial course that it "works" and would like to continue in the course, you can extend to the basic course on site.
We will of course credit you for the trial course you have already paid for. After all, it's well worth taking advantage of the opportunity.

Our school-internal equipment rental offers or guarantees a stress-free start to the course for everyone !
We don't need queues and annoyed staff in the morning!
Furthermore, you can be sure that the equipment is suitable for you!

Please do not buy lift tickets in advance! These can be obtained from us on site at a discount.

If we take photos during the course, these will be available after approx. 48 hours via the link in the booking confirmation.

After taking part in your booked snowboard course, we would be grateful if you could take a moment to leave a short comment/praise/suggestion or criticism in our online guestbook. We are always striving to improve and therefore welcome your feedback!

Changes:

If there are any changes, please let us know immediately.
We will inform you in good time of any changes to the course schedule due to weather conditions!

What happens if there is no snow on the desired course date? see also FAQs

If it is not possible to hold a course due to weather conditions, we will inform you in good time. We will then try to find an alternative date together. This applies to all booked and registered courses!

Vouchers and courses already paid for remain valid!
